Refund / Cancellation Policy

Any and all Deposits or Payments are non-refundable; however, reschedule(s) can be requested based on agreement and availability. A service fee equal to the minimum hours reserved will be charged for any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time for hourly transportation and 24 hours before airport transportation. Back Stage Limo, LLC is not responsible for passenger flights which are missed, cancelled, diverted, or by any other incident resulting in failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy. Best efforts to fulfill client needs in these instances, will be made, subject to wait time fees or late cancellations & re- bookings, as long as such efforts do not create detriment to other clients of Back Stage Limo, LLC.

Back Stage Limo, LLC will make every effort to contact the client in the event that cancellation of service(s) become necessary. Such event examples include, but are not limited to cases of mechanical or unforeseen problems. In such an event, a comparable vehicle substitution will be attempted, but cannot always be guaranteed. Back Stage Limo, LLC is not liable for delays caused by conditions beyond the company’s control. Such conditions include, but are not limited to: en-route vehicle accidents, airline delays and changes, unforeseen vehicle breakdowns, acts of nature, weather, or congested road traffic. Customer failure to show at the designated pick-up location will be charged a No Show fee for the entire amount of the service reserved. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, you must notify us immediately at 405-590-2452 in effort to not fall under the No Show category.

General Policies

Clients should contact 405-590-2452 immediately if it is believed an article may have been left in a recently reserved vehicle. However, in no way is Back Stage Limo, LLC responsible for items left in vehicles.

A credit card is required to place a reservation. The total trip amount will be authorized and paid in full prior to the trip’s occurrence. In addition to credit cards, Back Stage Limo, LLC accepts ATM cards. Please Note: Although Back Stage Limo, LLC accepts ATM, or debit/check cards, as form of payment, Back Stage Limo, LLC is not responsible for bank overdrafts, or any other fees resulting from clients’ banking establishments, due to pre-authorization or any other subsequent charges for fees due. Likewise, clients are responsible for any fees Back Stage Limo, LLC incurres from such events.

Travel time is not included on minimum hours or reserved hours. Each reservation’s time begins when the reserved vehicle leaves for respective reservation’s pick up, and ends when said vehicle returns to the Limousine shop of Back Stage Limo, LLC.

After the trip has been completed our billing department will audit final trip charges. In the event of time going over agreed reservation or of damages, reasonable charges will be placed to the credit card on file, unless other payment arrangements have been agreed upon. Vehicles will not be assigned and released to client(s) without valid pre-authorization(s). Rates & Policies are subject to changes without notice.
